Club Terms
-- YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO JOIN THE CLUB. You must be at least 21 years old to receive shipments and wine must be delivered to an address where someone over 21 is present to sign for the wine.
-- Shipments are automatically billed to your credit card in advance. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Members must notify us of any credit card changes. The credit card holder agrees that their card will be billed for cost of wine and/or merchandise ordered plus any applicable taxes and shipping, and agrees to perform the obligations set forth in the card issuer’s contract.
-- You must be a member for two consecutive shipments before you are allowed to cancel membership. Cancellation must be done at least 30 days prior to the next wine club shipment. Membership must be cancelled in writing via email to JGCinfo@jeffgordonwine.com. In addition, if your club orders fail processing for three consecutive shipments and you have not rectified the issue after we contact you, your membership will be cancelled. Most order failures are due to credit card issues, such as an expired card on file, a declined card, etc. so we urge you to check your account prior to each club shipment to be sure all information is up-to-date.
-- Club member discounts may not be combined with other special offers unless specifically noted.
-- Members must notify us of any billing or shipping address changes. If a shipment is re-routed at the member's request, a $10 processing fee will apply.
-- Members will be notified via e-mail in advance of a Club shipment. Club shipments will generally be scheduled for March, June, September and December. Any shipments returned for any reason will be subject to a $25 fee, plus the original cost of shipping.
